Many women in business have experienced treatment reflective of the #MeToo movement. But many others have flourished in a culture that supports, develops and promotes women in leadership roles. The panel will discuss the challenges of being a woman in a leadership role, how they dealt with inappropriate or unfair treatment and how they made a difference in creating cultures where women flourish alongside their male counterparts.
