Session Spotlight: Prepare for the Worst Part 1

This private sector trend is a must in the public sector. Private industry has recognized the impact that an incident of active violence can have on the viability of the organization and forward thinking companies are developing plans, training employees and enacting protocols to address the threat of workplace violence. This two-part presentation will examine some of the responses and strategies private industry is employing that can be adopted in a public setting.
